Reece made the process of the house mortgage very clear and while getting a good rate for the loan. The process dint feel hectic at all, but felt more like talking to a friend at the bank who is always available to help. Even with the COVID-19 going on he made the process feel seamless.

My lender Lori did a fantastic job with closing my mortgage loan in the short amount of time that I requested. She was prompt courteous and readily available. I had started out with another lender at a higher interest rate and she was able to secure a much better rate and close quickly. I would definitely recommend Lori Gibson and Atlantic bay Mortgage!

We started by working with another lender until our agent suggested Atlantic Bay. Carrie called us back immediately and explained what our options were with our VA loan. We had several hick-ups with the property for repairs and survey. Carrie was right there guiding us through the whole process. She was very responsive and put us at ease several times.
