I cannot say enough positive things about Atlantic Blue Water Services. They are comprehensively OUTSTANDING! We had an issue on a weekend, and I was able to reach Atlantic Blue quickly. They were nicer than any plumbing service I’ve ever worked with. Atlantic Blue Water Services outstanding customer service continued when the technician arrived, and when he serviced the issues. Kyle came today to fix a leaking pipe. He called in advance to say he was 10 minutes out (This is so huge!). He identified the issue, gave me an estimate, ran back to the office to get the right parts, fixed it in the exact time he said he would and charged the exact rate he quoted. Super nice and knowledgeable.
We have been a customer of Atlantic Blue for about 12 years now without any complaints. Just had our annual maintenance completed and Kyle did an amazing job. Every employee that has come to our home over the years has been punctual, friendly, honest and professional. I definitely recommend!!!
Very courteous and professional service. About a month or so ago Josh installed new bathroom fixtures late on a Friday evening. More recently Kyle serviced our reverse osmosis system.
Great company, Kyle was professional, courteous and explained everything. All the parts were on the truck and the job was worked to completion with no issues. 5 star experience!
