We had Kyle over to our house yesterday. He arrived early, after calling to make sure it was OK, and was great to work with. He did everything we needed and then some. Thanks Kyle! --- As a side note, this is in great contrast to the last person we had, last year, who installed our water softener (which does work great, by the way). This person forgot to turn a knob and water was bypassing our conditioning system the entire year... so it wasn't even being used.
