They missed several appointments before putting in a UV Filter and Water Softener that failed 4 times In less than 2 months, repeatedly cutting off all water to the home. There is no 24/7 service, although one of the 4 times we sought service, a technician showed up after 5 hours of calling on a Sunday after sleeping in. Something is very wrong with this company. I could not I’m good conscious recommend them to anyone.

I called Atlantic blue to come out for an estimate to put in a water cooler in my house. When the estimator arrived, she didn’t introduce herself. She wasn’t very friendly and didn’t go over anything with me. She asked where we wanted it and that was it. The computer system was down so she had to leave and go to the office to finish the estimate. Again she didn’t explain anything about their water coolers or how any of it would be hooked up. They did not drain the water after main water is turned off which initiated a leakage from under sink to basement while installing the RO system. I am very disappointed with the fact that they forgot to drain the water before cutting the line for installing the RO unit.

Very expensive with very poor service! They charged me over a thousand dollars and I lost water pressure. I called them to let them know about it. they told me not use the sink with low water pressure and they didn't even bother to fix it. Their plumbers are not trained well because they don't want they're doing.

Long story short...twice a service tech tried to make repairs or replace things (over 1300.00) that were not needed. If you know plumbing and what they are doing then fine. If not, they will take your money and not care. Want to discuss the pariculars of my experience. Let me know. Beware.

During our first visit, a service tech was called out due to low pressure and the problem was confirmed by the tech as it was operating at 5 psi and shutting off at 20. We want this to be a 40/60 switch so we replaced the pain point for the initial cause. When firing it up the pressure would not exceed 30 psi, letting us know there was another problem. What a rip off. Put in a system much too big for the house and then wouldn’t retest the water to ensure the issue was resolved

Hey Desiree, after going back through our records, it seems like you went with another company. We left 3 separate options to fix the pain point with none of them being over sized. We also REQUIRE our guys to go out 30 days after installation to test the water to make sure the system is running properly!

The guys showed up to do the job filthy dirty. Mud on there shoes and smelled awful. Come to find out that they they just finished putting in a well pump. That is hard and dirty work. They should ha ve scheduled my appointment for the following day instead of sending the guys to my house like that. Called and spoke to the owner and he could of cared less. That is not the way you do business. Been a costumer for years. I will be finding another company to service my water softener system.

The people that were sent out were nice and somewhat knowledgeable. Worked really hard to try to resolve the issue but did not resolve the issue and still charged us $75 the first time for doing absolutely nothing and said that would be refunded or included on their next visit but never was and was charged an additional $150 and still resolved nothing. Will not be using you again!
