Mark did an excellent job in his approach to my condition. He zeroed in on the areas that would best be served by focused training and was very clear in his explanations why. Although my current condition cannot be fully cured by physical therapy alone he set me up with targeted exercises that will only help in the present. If surgery is required in the future this approach will only advantage me going forward.
