Stephanie told me what she could do for my knee and then did it. She improved my exercise form significantly. She is extremely knowledgeable and communicative, explaining and demonstrating exercises and treatments as we went through them. I will be easily able to continue self-therapy following Stephanie's guidelines. She was great!
