Wonderfull location! Loved the heated lazy river and wonderfull balconies.
Amazing It was amazing. Management and staff worked with us they were awesome. It was right after hurricane matthew. Room was amazing. I will stay here my next visit. The only issue I had was the slow elevator, lol. Couldn't get to the beach fast enough, lol

Fire alarm Was on the 11th floor. There was an evacuation that I didn't know about until my husband was on his way back and had to call me from downstairs.
No parking Parking is an issue surface lot 2 blocks away. No Valet. No security. originally checked into an out of service room. was upgraded. no regular coffee in the room only decaf
Short stay due to Hurricane Matthew The suite we had was nice. Our complaints were:no closet, what pots and pans there were were old and scratched. There was no small pan to make eggs in. The bathroom was small with no shelf space to put toiletries on. Towels were thiin and old. Staff was nice and heard new management recently took over so maybe they will update the accessories.
Great place to stay with the family It was great. We will definitely stay there again! The location was very close to the Boardwalk and the SkyWheel. Plenty of amenities available at the hotel. Friendly staff and good service. Very pleased overall.
