excellent service great location
It was amazing to have North Myrtle Beach's ocean view every morning I wake up. Housekeeping was ok and swimming pool and lazy river were plus.
Great location, Great rooms, Good Service The front desk was very welcoming. We got a very nice room. It was very clean and spacious. More than expectation. The balcony with oceanfront was better than the pictures. Everything great about this property. Only two downsides were: No towels in the towel rack by the pool. Both elevators were broken down and we had to haul our stuff down the stairs.

Close to beach The hotel was oceanfront, which was great. The elevator service was horrible. You had to wait 35-45 minutes for the elevator. There was 2 huge bug marks on the wall in the room where someone killers bug but did not clean the area off. The house keepers brought towels to our room, however did not take the dirty ones out. The hotel did not have linen for the pull out couch, we were told they have them all out. Thank goodness I brought linen.
Wonderful Was great
Not what I expected... The staff & view of the beach was probably the best part about this hotel! Our sleep was very uncomfortable because the mattress was one sided so we kept rolling to the middle of the bed during the night & mattress was uncomfortable.. I woke up with terrible back pain. The shower had hair in it in assuming from previous guests so that let me know they didn't clean it well so we didn't even take showers! however, the staff was very nice & the view of the beach was amazing!!
