The room was not ready on time. The cleaning team left their materials in the room. There was trash under the bed. It was noisy.
When we arrived our room floor had not been vacuum. We spoke with the after agent attendant he said no one is there to vacuum it but someone can do it in the morning. No one ever came. The stove was filthy.
Honestly if you can stay somewhere else DO!! They definitely have roaches. No room service or front desk help. No extra towels or bedding. BUT I’m sure there’s worst out there as well.

My room was super dirty. The tub was moldy. The bed sheets that were supposed to be white were yellow. There were stains on all of the couches. There’s was a pad locked closet with no keys that was unsettling.
The staff were very rude, lots of problems with booking. I booked a condo with king bed two twin and a sofa bed. They gave me two queen bed. No change possible. 5 adults can't sleep there. Very bad experience there. Not recommended.
