I rented from Atlas Property Management at ********** Pointe for a year and a half. The unit that I was given was in poor condition and dirty. During my time with them, ********** Pointe management changed 3 times (*****************************). The current property manager can't find my move-in inspection paperwork and therefore I have not received a single ***** back from my $900+ deposit. The worst part, they don't answer my calls, I leave voicemails and no one calls me back.
No communication what so ever. I had called and left 2 voicemails, and 2 emails asking what additional documents besides a 2 year old irrelevant tax return were needed. NO WORD. Then I get a denial letter. Hello...what documnets do I need to turn in?When touring in person the agent was unfriendly, the house had water issues and was a mess. Literally, no one in their office or the application reveiw company had the decency to respond. Such poor service!

We use a third party screening company which is very busy and receives a lot of calls and emails from applicants. Based off the information they requested and the screening criteria they made their determination. As far as the home tour, you were informed in the beginning that there was some construction happening and that there would be cleaning completed prior to anyone moving in. Thank you
