After being overbid on a couple of homes, I was able to purchase a townhome. Deanna helped me navigate the intricacies of purchasing a home and helped me stay on schedule through closing day. I appreciated how responsive and nice she was. I felt she was truly working on behalf of my best interests every step of the way. I feel lucky to have had her as my real estate agent for my first home!
Adam helped us through a very difficult situation with our lender and salvaged our purchase of a new home. Without him it most likely would not have gone through. We really appreciated all the effort he put into helping us get our new home.
Tanner managed our house hunting (Colorado Springs) with eagerness and responsiveness. He explained the paperwork we needed to sign, and though we lived an hour away in Denver, he made paperwork signing online easy and responded rapidly to questions and made quick appointments to view new homes.
We really enjoyed working with Brooke! She is fantastic,responsive and honest! She helped us buy a home and was always available to go and look for homes whenever we wanted and most importantly she always supported us after buying the home with any pending issues.
Brooke really knows how to treat her customers. She helped us throughout every step of the home buying process. My fiancé and I were moving states because of a job opportunity, and we had to move quickly. She set up an entire weekend of touring homes for us in Colorado. We were able to find our dream home in one weekend, and we are happier than ever. Thanks Brooke!

We could not believe how dedicated to helping us and quick to respond Evan was. The minute we wanted to see a home or had a question he was right there to help us. There is no way we could have bought our amazing home without the tenacity and hard work he did. We don’t plan on buying a new house anytime soon but if we did, we would only use Evan as our realtor.
