Shelby is amazing to work with! Being a first time home buyer I had a lot of questions, anxiety, and stress but Shelby made the process very smooth, stress free, and fun. She stayed patient with me during my search, gave great advice and recommendations, and ended up finding me a great first home investment. Would recommend Shelby to everyone.
Shelby was great! She helped us along every step of our purchase. Would definitely recommend her to anyone. We worked with her through the Zillow 360 program. She helped us look at many different homes from commerce city to lochbuie. Even when she was unavailable at the time, she had someone else come out to help us with our home search.
My husband and I can not speak highly enough of Shelby Sampson. During our combination house sale/purchase, she provided expertise on BOTH sides of the transactions when she wasn’t even technically involved with those teams. I would recommend Shelby to any friend looking for a home! She is kind and very responsive, if I wanted to see a home we would see it asap! She was on top of all paperwork and did a great job letting me know what was fair in the current market.
Reggie really helped us out. He was sure to make time for us and he gave honest opinions on what he believed to be best for my family and I. Thanks to his help, we found a home we are actually excited to move into. He helped us look until we found something that sparked our interest.
