Bryan was very easy to work with and helped us find our dream home in a crazy housing market. While we looked at houses he looked at the mechanics of the house (foundation, furnace, a/c...) which I thought was very helpful and had not seen before from an agent. He was willing to work around our schedule and when we put in offers on houses he worked very late to get them in first. He answered all of our questions and helped make the process as smooth as possible. He also was great during inspection repair negotiations.

Erika’s services were brought to us through Zillow Offers. We intended to complete the entire sell/buy process through Zillow but for various reasons the package deal did not come to fruition. Nevertheless, Erika stayed with us through the whole buying process even though we are sure she lost some incentives to do so. She was always professional, knowledgeable and optimistic. Bryan was amazing to work with. Quick responses and always willing to check on things as we asked! We looked at multiple properties form out of state and he was able to video and zoom call so that we could get a more accurate picture of the property
