Evan exemplified all characteristics of a great real estate agent. He was always available to help explain details unfamiliar and very responsive. Evan also reduced the cost of my purchase with non-conventional methods as well as secured the contract in a very competitive market. Cant go wrong with Reginald! Offers drawn up in hours, offer was accepted and Reggie had the inspection scheduled for two days later. We had to do that ourselves when buying our first house! Reggie cracked jokes with my husband and i and dealt with my impatient self and answered all of my questions no matter the day. Hes a great guy!

Reggie is the agent you want in this market! I knew coming into summer of 2021 looking for a house that it'd be rough, but Reggie went to bat. He's up front with the realities of transactions and deals, he gave me the right advice and wasn't pushy at all. I've bought and sold multiple homes in the past with different agents, and none of them came close to Reggie's skill, local knowledge, attitude, and motivation. I would recommend him to my closest friends and family any day.

Kristina worked extremely hard for us. She was there every step of the way, explaining what to do and why and how. AND, she was there to help. The day of picture taking, she came to the house an hour before the photographer and put away things that she thought might not show the rim in the best light. She paid painters to come paint two rooms white. They were multiple colors and she thought white would still better. Our house sold in three days.

Kristina was very professional and went well beyond what was needed to sell our house. Couldn't ask for a better agent. Even went out of her own pocket to help paint some rooms. Our house sold in 3 days and for $80k over of what we were asking.

Chris was an amazing agent! Thirty days from start to close. Chris was very quick and diligent in responding to us whether it was by phone, fax, or, email.
