We originally started with Zillow Offers when selling our condo of five years. Due to some unknowns with an association, Zillow Offers could not offer to purchase and immediately handed us to Kristina (a broker partner). Kristina was an amazing agent. I wish I could rate her higher than 5 stars. She took the time and listened to our needs in what we were searching for our new home and made it happen. She was professional, kind, understanding and an overall great agent. She helped us find our new forever home very fast. When we needed her she was there to help us answer all of our questions and find the answer if she didn't know, the best way possible. I would highly recommend Kristina to anyone. She made finding our new home easy.

I highly recommend Kristina Harding as a realtor. She has assisted me with a home purchase and two home sales transactions. Not only is she knowledgeable about the area and market conditions, she listened to what I wanted and desired and worked to make it happen. Her communication with me was excellent! If I ever consider selling or buying another home, Kristina is my go-to realtor.

We had a great experience working with Shelby! We moved from out of state & due to Covid weren’t able to travel in for any showings. Shelby was excellent. She was highly communicative, a great negotiator & trustworthy as our “boots on the ground” rep. The Denver proper area is very competitive & she got us the home of our dreams right within our budget. Can’t recommend her enough whether you are in Denver moving locally or coming from out of state.

Erika was absolutely amazing to work with when it came to finding & buying our first condo. She was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process & could answer any of our questions & had great patience if we needed something repeated.
