Bekah was positively amazing to work with. The pandemic, and us being 2,000 miles away, didn't stop her from doing everything she could to help us experience each house we were seeing through Facetime. Her knowledge of Denver, its neighborhoods, and housing construction and maintenance is phenomenal. She's realistic and practical, helps you make good decisions, and will negotiate to ensure your interests are prioritized. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and now we have a beautiful home thanks to Bekah.

JB helped sell our house during the COVID-19 pandemic. He is personable, fast, efficient and made sure to follow the new CDC guidelines throughout the process. He was able to get a professional photographer to take amazing photos and include a virtual tour. He listed our property quickly and we received an offer after just 1 showing. This was my first time selling a house and he was excellent at communicating the process and I would highly recommend.

Shelby will definitely have your best interest in mind. She's very knowledgeable and patient with a first-time home buyer such as myself who had no idea what was happening. She makes sure you get what you're looking for and is a joy to be around.

JB approach with us was very low-key, no pressure. He asked the right questions regarding our wants and needs. He spent enough time with us that he was able to recognize when we found the right place and provided the guidance we needed to make the offer. It felt that we were looking at places with a friend.

My wife and I just purchased our first home with Shelby and she was fantastic! We had tons of questions for home ownership, neighborhoods, renovations, etc, and she consistently responded quickly and helpfully. The best thing I can say about JB is that he is super responsive. He was always available by phone and email. He negotiated an earlier closing date on our new home after our buyers wanted to close in three weeks. JB kept the process moving and both of our closings (during COVID-19) went off without a hitch.
