Allen Parsons was very helpful and knowledgeable when we looked at the Audi q3. He helped us navigate the car buying process with ease and humor. Service due Quick and efficient as always. During this stressful Covid-19 time that made us feel very safe.We were in and out out with our 2 Audi’s serviced with satisfaction. We had hesitated for some time before having our scheduled service performed, however we shouldn’t have. This is service I arrived 15 minutes early so I drove to the back lot to park and Matt came running out of the building to greet me and get to the inspection service I scheduled. Who does this? This level of attention made me feel again like I was well cared for even though this was only for my annual inspection. A short while later my car was cleaned an I was ready to go. I’m not one to write reviews however this establishment has gone above and beyond any expectations I had, especially in regard to car dealerships. My salesman Rob was attentive and empathetic and even though I was unable to take the car home on day one he and the business manager Kara jumped through hoops to ensure I would have all required paperwork done before I even arrived to ensure a smooth pick up.
