Great experience all around. Car broke down on vacation, had to get it towed in. Awoke to a text message saying diagnostics were being performed. Communication via text helped us enjoy our vacation while staying informed.

Lexus RX350 purchase Worked with Brandon on purchase of a 2015 RX350. Smooth process... pricing was excellent right away not the back and forth and never-ending haggle of other dealerships. Kara was also excellent in finance... quick and simple. I wouldn't hesitate to use Audi Cape Cod again!

Good communication; good experience I appreciated clear communication via text as well as phone, reasonable advice (my car has more than 100,000 miles), and flexibility as parts came in over several days from Audi. Without good communication, I would have been frustrated as time passed.
