White glove treatment in a time of social distance. I was greeted in the car bay for my oil change/30,000 mile checkup by Matthew who respectfully stayed an appropriate 6 foot distance away. My car work was completed in just 90 minutes, while I had time for a few errands then returned to the waiting area. I really appreciate the personal care that the entire dealership gives to me and my car which was returned to me cleaner than it went in.
Great people great service at purchase time good all around.it was an easy experience, however, it would have been nice to receive a key chain...

The sales team was wonderful and worked seamlessly together. We had been coming to Audi Cape Cod for years for service on our existing Audis. My husband traded in his Q5 for a Jeep Wrangler, which he purchased at Premier Jeep. I have always loved my All Road and happily got a new 2020. All the sales service was great and especially because all of this was done during the beginnings of the coronavirus uptick. Thanks to everyone.

Excellent service. Very courteous, attentive and sincere. Had my car towed in with a flat tire. Received a loaner on short notice without any issues. New tire and off we go.

This was a low pressure sales experience. Rob was professional and was able to get answers for any and all questions I had about the vehicle. The entire staff did everything to make my wife and I comfortable during the buying process and made sure we were fully educated on all of our options.

I was only there for 40 minutes. It's a brand new dealership with a state of the art service department.They even give you snacks and coffee.My next car will be purchased there.
