On Monday night we pulled into your lot because the gas/fuel door was stuck shut and we were riding on fumes (over an hour away from home). Rob worked on it for over half and hour trying different things until he was able to get it opened. He went above and beyond, as I’m sure it was the end of his work day. My husband will be scheduling service on his Audi at your dealership because we are so impressed with the customer service that we got!! Please pass on our Thanks and Gratitude once again to Rob!

Always feel valued as a customer at Audi CC beginning with Danielle in the show room to Grace in service, Having owned five Audi’s previously, I did not have to be sold on the brand. I needed a knowledgeable, enthusiastic salesperson to help me out of my existing lease and into a new Audi. Outstanding Customer Service Brandon helped me as I made the decision to purchase my leased vehicle.
