Awful service EVERYTIME! They can't even make a simple appointment. Very incompetent staff. Ask for an email confirmation when you make an appointment.
Alex Fretes is the man, but Audi doesn't seem to be too inclined on giving discounts. BMW and Mercedes give great discounts, so I'm not sure what the deal is here. It's kinda like Apple. Great product, decent design that's based on something that was once revolutionary. However, since they've "established themselves", good luck on getting a discount. It's quite silly really. I would've bought an Audi if they gave me a fair price.
