I've been a customer of Audi of Mississauga for 11 years. Every experience has been flawless, personalized to my needs, and has exceeded my expectations. Incredible staff in all aspects from sales to service.
Treated very fairly. My attitude with CSR was unfair as I was angry that my car had a major failure. Not their fault. I've had issues with the car, not the level of service.
We had a great experience with the service department. We went to get our AC looked at and get the recall on the airbags fixed. The service people were really nice and friendly. They took the time to make sure we understood the process un terms of exactly what needed to be done with the car. The service was efficient. We will definitely be going back.
Great service, knowledgeable and friendly folk. I would highly recommend them. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and took care of me to get my Audi Q5 home. Thanks Joe, Shane, Haroun, Daoud and everyone at the dealership!
