Now this is apartment living! Audubon Parc is a lovely apartment home community. Apartments have nice views of mature trees and landscaped gardens. I especially love the mile long paved path that goes down to the dog park and around Loch Lamond Lake which has swans, ducks, turtles etc. It is also only a mile from Hemlock Bluffs nature center! The pool and outdoor grill station are very nice amenities. Office staff are responsive and resolve any concerns quickly. Maintenance staff are friendly and quick to respond to any need... read more

Verified Renter I really wish my experience here was better. My interactions with the staff have been great and the location of this place is also great. However, when I signed the lease my signature was the only one on it but I am not the only one living here. Roaches and mice have since accompanied me in sharing this space. I didn’t know I was a charity for small pests. Potential residents should be aware of inconsistencies in the application process and be prepared for the possibility that community amenities, like the pool, may not be promptly available.
