Verified Renter It has nice exposure to a lake, but the community pool availability isn't so great as well as the gym. Pretty close to Koka Booth for all major events.

Verified Renter I would not recommend this apartment to anyone because the floors creak even when a tenant is trying to be quiet. I have had my sleep disturbed almost nightly. Also,when the toilet is flushed from above, the water makes a loud noise as it passes though my apartment. The location and community are good.

Verified Renter The location is very good. Close to shopping. The apartment leaves much to be desired. It is very tired.There are paint stains on the floor and the paint in other areas is peeling. The floorboards creak, so every step above can be heard even when the resident tries to be quiet. The previous resident living above paced his apartment generally beginning at 11 PM and lasting a few hours.
