Great Location and Beautiful Amenities I've toured several locations for my personal home so far and Aura Arts so far has some of the best amenities and views. The pool is actually a good size with panoramic views of the mountains and full sunshine. The fitness center is spacious with everything you need, including real Pelotons and the virtual mirrors with trainers and plans. Live here!! Hidden gem. Absolutely LOVE recommending this complex to my clients!! This is a gorgeous new build and wows every time I visit. Get in here before they fill up! Cannot wait for phase two to open this winter, there are unique floor plans for all and the pool is stunning! Maya, Haley, and Carlos are the faces of this property and by far one of my favorite teams to introduce my clients to, plus an ideal location next to Santa Fe Arts and Baker? Sign me up.
