The actual apartment is really pretty but the amenities are available about 50% of the time. To date, the pool has been out for 3+ months (advertised as year-round, since its heated) and the hot tub was out for 3 months, opened a couple weeks ago, and is already green. Hot tub and amenities consistently broken. Hello, NEW OR LOOKING TENETS PLEASE READ. I have lived here for over 7 months and something always seems to break. The elevators seem to consistently break and someone even got stuck in there recently. The main and most frustrating amenity that is constantly broken is the hot tub and pool.
