UPDATE: I finally got through and got in to be seen on the following Tuesday. I called on Monday and again asked to speak to someone and never got a callback. My own dentist told me to go back to the surgeon, so on Tuesday a week after the surgery I got in to see him. It was a dry socket. He irrigated it and put medicated material in to help shield the bare nerve. The nurse gave me a tube of Sock-It, a hydrogel for mouth wounds, and a irrigation syringe. RecommendedI have had several extractions and implants from Dr. Cunningham. All have been successful and uncomplicated with little or no pain. The office is professional, relaxed and friendly. I would choose them again with no reservations! I especially appreciate the personal approach to my well being!
