Referred to Dr. Wildey office by 2 different dental offices (I have 11 x-rays that were provided as well as referrals that stated NO x-rays needed). When I called their office I said please no more x-rays, they said if there are any you will not be charged. I did not want any more as I already had over 11!!! I was charged $353.00 for a total of 5 minutes of talking with the doctor, all under private pay, no treatment or anything.
When we did the consultation the staff was friendly. However, on the day of the procedure despite the fact that my grandson lives with me I asked for a copy of receipt his father had paid and the large woman at the front desk said she couldn’t; I asked her to redact any pertinent information because she denied me a copy but again she refused. The good cop/bad cop financial shenanigans resemble duress at car dealership. Truth is abused and patients are commodities. Shan’t return. Dr. Wildey is highly competent however. I’m truly sorry that expedience rules the business end.
