If you looking to get an auto loan through ATFCU do not buy the extended warranty. After two years of having the warranty I called the company to put in a clam, and was denied due to modifications that were already on my Jeep when I purchased the warranty. So after two years for a warranty I paid for that I would never have been able to use I was just told sorry there is nothing we can do. I can't get a refund, and I'm still fighting them to cancel the police so I can revive a partial refund.

I preface this with, I do not bank here. My mother is a member, but because of how bad they are I refuse. I am putting this up because of the latest round of frustration I have by being a family member of someone who has the misfortune of banking here. My mother is disabled and cannot do much on her own. We came into the bank to REFINANCE our car loan over a month ago. The lady apparently did it as a loan instead although we said refinance a dozen times, because the bank called us a month later for us to come in and re do paper work. The next time we came in which was today, they told us the paperwork would be ready. Well it wasn't even sent. When we finally were able to sign the numbers were higher.
