After one year my 911 had an air oil separator failure. I bought the extended warranty from Auto Boom and brought the car to a Porsche repair facility closer to me. The repair estimate was much higher than warranty would pay. I called Jack the Sales manager and explained the problem. He called the warranty company and procured me the extra to cover the repair. This is above and beyond what anybody expects today. Second home run Auto Boom!!!
I caught a flight to Phoenix so I could see the car I was considering before my purchase. I purchased a 20 year old low mileage exotic car from them and they made sure it had no problem codes, a fresh battery and tires so I could drive it 1,000 miles home and enjoy bonding with the car. Jack, Jake and Blaine were very professional and I appreciated the effort of the entire team helping me to buy my dream car. I look forward to many happy days of driving this car, it really turns heads.
What an amazing experience. Joel, Ryan and the team were spot on. For some buying online site unseen can be a bit uneasy. I have done this before Wired money on a Tuesday and the car arrived 2 days later. When they said not a scratch, dent, ding or tear they were not lying. I appreciate AutoBoom for taking care of me even after the sale. In a nutshell I had found myself in a sticky situation and had to take my car to a dealership in California which incurred close to $400.00 in costs unrecoverable from insurance. Even though it was not Autoboom's problem, they reimbursed my money within a day (likely since it was less than a week since driving off of their lot) I feel It says a lot about the integrity of their company and entire team.
