I would like to bring attention to an extremely unprofessional and inappropriate encounter I experienced on October 19, 2026, around 6:00 p.m., while working at Fry's in Carefree, Arizona. I had a genuinely frustrating experience at Auto Boom in Scottsdale that I feel other buyers should know about. I went in ready to purchase a vehicle -- not just browsing, but serious and ready to move forward. The salesman, Jake, ran my credit, which I agreed to because I trusted that meant they'd actually follow through and help me find the right car. Buyers Beware!!!!! Be very careful when dealing with these people. They will advertise and list a vehicle for sale, then claim that it cannot be sold- when they realize it can be sold for a higher price. These are the kind of people that have no moral compass- will never deal with them again. The sad part- they seem to not realize how damaging this kind of business practice can be. STAY AWAY THESE WILL SELL CARS UNDER YOU! Wanted to buy and Ford from these guys comitted on a price and I even scheduled a PPI Inspection, day of inspection I get a phone call from the dealership saying the car has been sold. I offered to put a deposit on day one of our connversation but they would not take a deposit I guess always have other plans. READ ALL THE REVIEWS SAME THEME SAME ISSUES ALL THE TIME.
BUYER BEWARE!!! ABSOLUTE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. Currently, I am still waiting for the title /registration for a car I purchased on 3 October 2025 (164+ days ago a/o this review)! I had a very disappointing experience with Auto Boom. I do not recommend using their services I purchased a 2015 Mercedes G550 remotely after being told the vehicle was in great condition and that a pre purchase inspection was unnecessary because the dealership had already inspected it. I relied on those representations when moving forward with the purchase. When the car arrived, the same day I discovered multiple serious issues that were never disclosed. AVOID Red Flag They will pull your credit and wait around for days to finalize financing and then sell the vehicle out from under you, especially if the other customer is a friend of the dealership. the negative reviews are true don't even consider this dump most of the cars they are selling are not even in their inventory which makes it even more of a joke
I called the dealership on Monday and Jake answered the phone told me the truck we were looking for was still for sale. We told him we were very interested. We were about an hour away. We were about halfway there when he sent a text that the GM said the car was nowhere to be found. It was at the detailer until Wednesday morning. I do not recommend working with this dealer unless you thoroughly inspect the vehicle prior to purchasing. Unfortunately, I test drove a preowned Maserati that was very dirty after a severe dust storm. The sales representative said the car would be cleaned up and in mint condition. Unfortunately, I completed all of the paperwork online and had the vehicle delivered to my house.
