Dealer was very responsive after initial contact. Someone called me the next day & answered all my questions about the car. Their text system needs a little work, as it seems there is a great delay. I actually drove 3 hours to test drive the car. I was assigned to salesperson Andi and she was great. Great place to get a used car, I Highly recommend this dealership!
The sales person was courteous and responsive, providing information promptly. However she did not provide any clarification about final pricing. I purchased the car with cash, but had to sit down with “credit manager” for the contract and payment. That’s when they push a ridiculous non-negotiable $699 paint and interior protection package that never came up before. That’s on top of their other sales fees. Beware, you’ll end up paying a lot more than the price they advertise.

I reached out which the responded promptly. At the time I was out of town and they let me know they would send me the carfax report and send me a video of the vehicle which I should get the same day. I called the following day to follow up and the apologized and advised me they would send the remaining things out that day. Now here I am four days later and still nothing. No contact at all from their end. Hopefully the vehicle is still there as I will be in town tomorrow. A bit disappointed with their follow through.
I went to the dealer to see the car, I saw Shane and he was awesome, smart and very kind. I will definitely go back to see him when I'm ready to purchase a vehicle.
