I reached out which the responded promptly. At the time I was out of town and they let me know they would send me the carfax report and send me a video of the vehicle which I should get the same day. I called the following day to follow up and the apologized and advised me they would send the remaining things out that day. Now here I am four days later and still nothing. No contact at all from their end. Hopefully the vehicle is still there as I will be in town tomorrow. A bit disappointed with their follow through.
I went to the dealer to see the car, I saw Shane and he was awesome, smart and very kind. I will definitely go back to see him when I'm ready to purchase a vehicle.
An Amazing experience. ALI was great. Was the second time I have bought a car from that dealership. Very great service. Finance dept could of been a little faster. That's the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars.
They responded quickly but I have chosen to wait until January to buy.

We got in touch with the salesman , Joe Weathersly who showed us a different car than the one we originally were interested in. It turned out to be a much better deal and that was the car we ultimately purchased. Joe was very professional , not pushy, and seemed genuinely interested in our best outcome.
