Very relaxed atmosphere, no haggle customer service, allow you to check out and test drive the car you're interested in, they allow you time to think about your decision. I would give them five stars, but financing was a very long wait on the day I visited. Other wise they were very friendly and I do recommend them for auto purchases.

The car delivered was exactly as described. I have no problem with it as of yet. The downside is that it was like pulling teeth to get the salespeople to talk with me. I made multiple calls and never received a call back even though each time I was promised one. I don't know if they are understaffed or what the problem was. When I did talk with someone they were quite pleasant. Once the purchase process actually began, it went smoothly. Again, no complaints on the car.

Buying from Auto Boutique is simply the best decision we made. My son and I visited over 7 dealerships in Jacksonville and none compare to this place. Ali, Alex and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. You will not feel haggled here! The best part for us was that they let you test drive their cars ON YOUR OWN!
