Went the other day just to look at cars and get a price analysis, this has got to be the most laid back dealership ever. you are in control, no pushy salesman, i love it
I requested a car fax and they sent me a copy promptly.
Very relaxed atmosphere, no haggle customer service, allow you to check out and test drive the car you're interested in, they allow you time to think about your decision. I would give them five stars, but financing was a very long wait on the day I visited. Other wise they were very friendly and I do recommend them for auto purchases.

Answered all my questions and helped me locate another vehicle I had questions about.
The car delivered was exactly as described. I have no problem with it as of yet. The downside is that it was like pulling teeth to get the salespeople to talk with me. I made multiple calls and never received a call back even though each time I was promised one. I don't know if they are understaffed or what the problem was. When I did talk with someone they were quite pleasant. Once the purchase process actually began, it went smoothly. Again, no complaints on the car.
