Was told that vehicle was available right up to leaving for an hour drive to find out vehicle was gone.
I visited their facility and felt ignored
Was told that I didn't need this type of vehicle , kept being pressured towards a Volkswagen
They called but even after being approved no one was able to discuss down payment and monthly rates I thought that was the whole purpose of applying online. Someone purchased vehicle. And I was sent a link with all cars I don't want
1.never answered about the vechile I asked about, 2. sent info on cars that were NOT with in requested limits (milage and price)
I have been given regular updates on the availability of this vehicle, however, from what I have been told the vehicle is " in their repair shop" for maintenance before being put out for sale. It's been over a week. What is wrong with this vehicle. I've asked the question but get no information. I only get requests to check out their other inventory. I don't want any other make or model. That's why I'm shopping on line nationwide. Not sure what their game is.
I wouldn’t purchase a car here again, the whole ordeal to get this vehicle was overwhelming to say the least. Customer service is 10/10. I worked with Julia and Joel, they did the best they could for me. However, I had to drive to Jacksonville twice to get the deal settled. Lots of waiting (7 hours on the first day, 2 and a half on the second day.) Filled out the credit application then they tell me they can't deliver even though it says they deliver on their website and now I can't buy the truck because I'm too busy and now they're going to sell to someone else and ruin my credit more terrible dealership do not go
Tried to give me 5k for a trade in and my car is worth 10k. Not a reasonable deal, even for a cheaper car. Poor customer service. Abrasive employees that lack awareness, don’t seem knowledgeable compared to other dealership’s. I do not recommend.
