Yall let me tell you about Auto smart of dothan. My husband Chris, bought me a 2016 dodge journey from them June 25th. Two days after we got it, it was put in the shop and in there for two weeks. We got it back with nothing done to it. Two weeks ago they finally fixed the problem, then Thursday night on my way home from picking chris up, the battery light came on and my alternator went out 15 minutes later, we barely made it home, our car is still under warranty , but it cost us 200.00 everytime it goes in the shop. Anybody can make things up to try to make a business look bad when things don't go their way. The thing is, we have thousands of customers who say just the opposite of what you said. What you fail to remember is that something did go wrong with the vehicle shortly after you bought it. (Don't forget, it is a machine....machines sometimes break unpredictably, especially cars.....even new ones!). We did help you. Mr. Smiley, the young lady you brought to buy a car from us, is 100% approved, but lenders give approvals based on credit and income budgeting requirements. An "approval" doesn't mean somebody qualifies for every vehicle on the lot. The lenders have restrictions. The young lady stated she wanted a gas-saver, so that is what we showed her first.
