The entire process was efficient and I was continually kept informed concerning the process. An unexpected problem occurred that was addressed quickly to resolve that required a third party to be utilized (Arrowhead Mercedes Benz). The problem was resolved. The vehicle was professionally detailed after the repair and it looked fabulous!
