Chad was great from initial contact to work completed. Worked with our schedule to drop the vehicle off and pickup. This was our first experience with autobody solutions and I will definitely return if future work is needed.

I had to contact the autoshop when my Tesla battery dropped to 5% to ask them to charge it. Very poor communication through the process and management. I wasn’t happy that if I didn’t check it myself it would have gone 0% and cause serious damage to the battery. It is not recommended even go down below 10%. front desk was rude and had attitude when I first walked in and when I was picking up. Ryan was awesome when I expressed my concern he took cafe of the issue right away with professional manner.

Apologies for any inconvenience with communication typically that does not happen as the vehicle is under a geo grid when vehicle is in for repairs, vehicles are monitored daily. We take this matter very seriously and understand the repercussions if a battery drops below 10% charge.
