I had a very pleasant experience. Service people are courteous and helpful. I received reminders for my appointments. I’m always greeted with a warm smile and friendly face on my appointments. My service advisor was thorough in explaining the service required and costs. The lounge is always comfortable and clean where you can enjoy fresh brewed coffee and watch television while you wait for your vehicle. My car was always washed when I was handed my keys back. It’s a farther drive for me, but their service is worth it.

Ryan was outstanding. He really listened and took care of my needs. I know it can tough for a Technician to break bad news to a customer, Ryan was honest and straight forward. I know he could tell that I was hesitant to get the work done at the price given. In return Ryan gave me options and let me know consequences of each option. I am displeased by how I got an appointment to get car into service . I drove there with all the recall paperwork so that we could discuss it and set up the appointment. I was told that I had to call to make appointment. If I was already there why couldn’t I just make the appointment while I was there for a day I could get it in. Not happy with that
