I am displeased by how I got an appointment to get car into service . I drove there with all the recall paperwork so that we could discuss it and set up the appointment. I was told that I had to call to make appointment. If I was already there why couldn’t I just make the appointment while I was there for a day I could get it in. Not happy with that

Very happy with my experience. The customer service rep over the phone and on person were very helpful and explained that my service plan o purchased in IL applied to Nissan in Las Vegas so I was able to get my oil changed without paying put of pocket. I was in and out the dealer in a short amount of time
