Came in with a concern with my vehicle. The first person I saw was Andrew, pleasant man and addressed issue with him. He gave me a suggested on what to do and decided to drop off vehicle.

I was experiencing a slow leak in one of my tires, had filled it up twice within 10 days. I had the Tire and Wheel package when I purchased the car in February. Decided to bring it in to either patch the tire or replace it. Was told it was a hole near the sidewall and it was replaced at no cost to me. Very pleased!

Ken is the most helpful advisor in Auto Nation. He took care of my truck issues especially dealing with Car Shield so they will cover my extended warranty. Had an issue with my alternator being delayed due to a part. But no sweat he took care of it and gave me a car rental until my truck was fix. You Rock Ken!!! Thanks a lot.
