Excellent service. Took our SUV in for minor service and was able to wait while it was done. I was greeted by several people when I arrived for my appointment and all were friendly and asking how they could help me. My service advisor Ricky had a smile on his face and took care of me quickly and professionally.
Professional, no pressure, very helpful sales team. Even my wife, who hates dealerships felt welcomed and relaxed. The car was ready as promised. The only negative thing was the car detailing. Interior was smeared with greasy, shiny stuff, very difficult to remove, it will take a lot of unnecessary work to get this thing out. With this grease everywhere the car instantly feels like an old junk purchased from some shady used car salesman. This "detailing" ruined otherwise great buying experience.
It was my first service for my new suv. It was a great experience. Will be back.
I had a very nice experience. The service rep, Ron Sharp, was very professional. The mechanic reminded me, by video, of an important service that I missed and that reassured me of the awareness they have for the customers.
Great place to buy a car! Everyone was friendly and helpful but especially Steve E. I appreciated the honesty from him. No BS. Would purchase a car from them in the future.
