Didn’t honor free oil change promise from a former service writer named Hugo. I don’t blame Andrew the service writer I dealt with this time. I was disappointed nothing was noted in my account after the promise I got for waiting 4 hours the last time

Ron my service advisor was really polite and helpful. He greeted me on the driveway with a smile and welcome. When my vehicle was completed he made the call to me sooner than later and I was on my way.

It would be very nice if the waiting lounge would be a larger area. Most of us Wait for our vehicles to be serviced.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. They are knowledgable, and in my experience not out to gouge their customers. It is a comfort to know you cam trust the service techs performing repairs on a Nissan with Nissan trained personnel and parts.
