My experience was great from start to finish. Also Matt who was my service advisor he updated me on my vehicle and he was on point when vehicle was done repairs. I will go to him again on my next service.

AutoNation Nissan is by far one of the best dealerships I have ever experienced! Salesperson was knowledgeable regarding the vehicles I was interested in and after purchasing my vehicle periodically would call me to check and see how my experience with my new car was. They also stay on top of the latest info and recalls on your vehicle if any at all. Customer waiting area is comfortable with some beverages available to everyone.

I always feel like I’m a priority when I go to the service department.. everyone greets me, even if I don’t have an appointment with them. Ron Sharp is my guy! He gets me in and out and always is straight up with what I need and don’t need! I trust him and his opinions!! I’ve been going to that service department for about 8 years for a Reason! Thank you! When my car started making an unfamiliar sound, I knew I needed to take it to be inspected. I was nervous about taking it to the dealership because I had been advised that dealerships charge more than small mechanic shops, but I'm happy I did. Andrew, my service advisor, was friendly, informative, empathetic, and efficient. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced and repaired in a timely matter without breaking the bank. The next time my car needs services, I will not hesitate to take it to Auto Nation.
