Had the opportunity to explore refinancing my car with AutoPay. I worked with representative ****** who was VERY knowledgeable, forthcoming, and explained my choices clearly in order to make an informed decision. We discussed my goals and he came up with a very good plan that I was comfortable with. I did end up going with an alternate financial institution for my refinance, as their terms were slightly better - but will consider working with AutoPay on future purchases because of this wonderful experience.
