Did not honor the price of the vehicle . Gave me price on the Bentley I went to the bank. The Bentley was sold then it wasn’t sold. Then they go back up on the price.
I was supposed to receive a call back and they never called me back
Was in contact with dealer for a vw beetle convertible. Received numerous calls from numerous people including sales manager. Emailed the day I was getting ready to go view the vehicle and received confirmation I was all set to come. I get there and I am told the vehicle was sold yesterday but they could show me other vehicles. What? That's the only vehicle I was interested in. Spoke to Howard, he is a smooth operator. Car I called about was gone and second one was on a different lot and that Bentley was not on CarGurus yet. He allowed Gary to be very arrogant and insulting to me because I have asked about a visible rain damage, laught because I have asked about CarFax report and asked about finance possibility. Next day I have received a picture of a Carfax cover page only. After giving an offer I hadn't heard from them
They sent me an email a day later and said to go to website to look. What they didn't tell me was that a sale was pending on the car. It wasn't helpful.
This is the worst example of an auto dealer. They charm you but their cars are all defective. Failed to tell me the car I bought had major frame damage. They lie and will do anything for a sale. Gary, the owner is a real charmer but has no morals. If you buy a car here be prepared to spend thousands in repairs. Buyers beware !!
Told them I had interest in 2007 sl Mercedes , they did not answer specific. Refered to their inventoty by email
I bought a car from them would I buy another NO. #1 - Called about a Red 370Z the sales guy that answered the phone said come in to look at the car. When I arrived (over a hour drive) I was told the car was sold over a week ago!!! Why did you tell me to come in? I made a stink and they offered to look for the car on line...
