Spoke to Howard, he is a smooth operator. Car I called about was gone and second one was on a different lot and that Bentley was not on CarGurus yet. He allowed Gary to be very arrogant and insulting to me because I have asked about a visible rain damage, laught because I have asked about CarFax report and asked about finance possibility. They sent me an email a day later and said to go to website to look. What they didn't tell me was that a sale was pending on the car. It wasn't helpful.

This is the worst example of an auto dealer. They charm you but their cars are all defective. Failed to tell me the car I bought had major frame damage. They lie and will do anything for a sale. Gary, the owner is a real charmer but has no morals. If you buy a car here be prepared to spend thousands in repairs. Buyers beware !!

Told them I had interest in 2007 sl Mercedes , they did not answer specific. Refered to their inventoty by email
I bought a car from them would I buy another NO. #1 - Called about a Red 370Z the sales guy that answered the phone said come in to look at the car. When I arrived (over a hour drive) I was told the car was sold over a week ago!!! Why did you tell me to come in? I made a stink and they offered to look for the car on line... Rude... Lied. Said the car was sold but never took it off the internet.

Did not answer the questions that I had about. The car. He simply replied with a pre-programmed answer. Very poor customer service dealership. I will never buy a car from this dealer, he lacks interest for selling cars.
