Excellent experience shipping a car from Arizona to Mississippi, enclosed carry. Montway subcontracted to another carrier, but they chose a good one. Montway’s communications and service was great and the car arrived quickly and safely.
It was amazing experience. The manager and the driver kept contacting me until the car ( a BMW M5) got picked up and delivered to make sure it taken care of well. They did an amazing work together. It was my first time ever to have a car shipped to another state. thank you Montway for giving me the peaceful and perfect service. Also, the car was delivered early as requested. Amazing!
Simple fast efficient and never a doubt about their pick up and delivery time.. You will not be disappointed. Driver was polite and knowledge of care for the car was excellent.
The actual transport went very well. My only concern was with some administrative problems. They lost my phone number and finally had to contact the person I was shipping the car to in order to get my number. This caused some confusion at my end and when the car would be picked up.
The entire process from getting quote online to the delivery of my vehicle was smooth and easy. No unnecessary delay. Customer service was excellent. Montway auto transport is efficient, reliable, affordable and a huge peace of mind.
After waiting 6 weeks for another carrier Montway got my racecar to me in 10 days! Their service was courteous, professional and timely. They kept me up to date on the delivery process.
I used Montway following a Google search and after looking at reviews. They transported my Motorcycle from CT to AL for a price I believe was fair. The bike arrived several days before it was expected which is a good thing. The drivers kept in touch about pickup and delivery and were very helpful with information. Shipped the vehicle from the East to West Coast on a Friday and arrived the next Wednesday. Vechile was transported via enclosed shipment. Very satisfied with the service.
