We shipped our car from Miami to Boston for our daughter. I used the Montway web site to get the quote. Their price was better than all other carriers.It is the time of year that "snow birds" going south, therefore, moving cars from South to North are much cheaper than the other way around. I had a spur of the moment need and Montaway came thru 110%!! We were able to drop off within hours and seamless pick up in HI. Thanks so much fo accommodating our needs!
I have had several vehicles transported and always had some sort of damages. This time it was perfect and the carrier was the best by far! Not a scratch on my Bronco and service was spot on!
We used Montway to ship our car from PA to CA in September. Almost every aspect of the experience went well - with the exception of conflicting instructions I received from 2 different customer service agents on how to handle a problem with the delivery date. Other than that, they gave us the best quote, gave us accurate information about how the process would work, and took ownership of the process. I would certainly go back to them again.
By far the most affordable car transport option, and the experience was smooth and seamless! Easy pick-up and drop-off, never once worried about my car.
Montway was very professional courteous and fast. Put my mind at ease transporting my car almost 500 miles. I highly recommend them to anyone!! Great!
Second time I've used them to move a car, they are well organized and can't be beat. I've used other car transporters to save a buck but wasn't worth the headaches, use MONTWAY and you will be satisfied.
Montway (or the contracted driver) should have done a better job at preparing us (or themselves) at picking up the vehicle and/or delivery!! The transport truck had to meet our neighbor a couple miles away from the pick up point (which was the front of our neighbors house). The truck was too big to get into our community. Montway is reliable and Has good communication. I’ve transported with them more than once and will likely use them again. The prices are a little high, but I haven’t had any issues with the service. I’m not a fan of the up-sale for an earlier pickup date. Maybe if it were $25 rather than $100 it would be worthwhile.
