Quick and easy reasonable cost. Had no complaints. Transported 750 miles car was waiting in my parking space the next day. Driver was easy to work with and he took care of all details. I have to say it was stress free.

Transport was arranged very quickly and was picked up / delivered as scheduled. Montway rep was courteous and thorough and hauler was good and provided timely updates, both for pickup and delivery.

Montway said they would pick our car somewhere between 8/31 and 9/6 with 24 hours notice. They picked it up on. 8/30 with less than 12 hours notice, so we had to scramble to get it ready. Not a big deal but still a little aggravating. Transporter was hard to understand on the phone and abrupt when dealing with him. But he got the car where it needed to go, so I guess that’s the most important thing.

Everything went well. They picked the car up in Detroit on time and delivered it in Arizona on time. The driver was very nice and I felt comfortable with giving him the car. The only negative was they added an extra $100 to the estimate, but after reading reviews of this kind of company, I expected that. I would definitely use them again.

I had heard nothing but horror stories about auto transport. I took a chance on Montway and they came through with flying colors! The online and phone support was good, the driver was great. He was flexible and did a good job of following up, showed up on time, got to the final destination... no hassles at all. I highly recommend Montway
