In a nutshell, Montway gave me a very competitive rate and excellent service. In my opinion, the best part of the whole ordeal was the amount of communication that existed between Montway's dispatcher, the driver and I. I was constantly getting updated on the status of my vehicle's transportation location. Additionally, the driver was very helpful and assisted me in unloading my pickup truck. All in all, I would definitely use Montway again and would recommend them without any reservations.

We were very happy with the pick up. That went according to plan. I met the truck down the road from our house because of small, hilly roads. The pleasant drive loaded our car, we did the paper work and he was off. Where we had some confusions was with the delivery in Santa Barbara. We told the company that no-one was available in our condo to pay the driver so it had to be after we had arrived on December 17. I have used Montway for the last 20 years to ship my cars. They always do a great job. They deliver on timely pick ups and timely deliveries. There has never been any damage to any of my cars with Montway. I highly recommend you use Montway for your next car shipment.

I recently shipped a vehicle from Providence RI to Nashville TN, and had a great experience. Though they are a broker, they have stringent vetting process carriers, and don't let just any hack drive for them. The car was picked up and delivered on time, and arrived in the same condition in which it left. The bill of ladding was very detailed and the driver very thorough in his inspection noting several defects that I never would have seen. Pick up happened as scheduled. Driver friendly, confident, and efficient car arrived one day late due to huge snowstorm, so very understandable, and I was kept updated via texts unloaded well in Orange County, and car was in perfect condition (except very dirty, which was understandable due to weather very happy with service, communication, and timing I was happy to tip the driver well

I had an excellent experience with Montway! Professional, courteous, and on time. The driver was a real nice person and the call center relayed my message immediately. There was no problem at all. I was apprehensive in the beginning but just took a deep breath and went with Montway! I was right on.

We had a car shipped from Amherst, MA to Summit County, CO in October. Working with Montway was smooth and easy from start to finish. Setting up the shipment was straight forward. Mongeau was exceptional from the moment of first contact through delivery of my car. This was a coast to coast move and I would never consider using anyone else. The transport was on time, highly experienced and delivered my car in exactly the same condition as when he picked it up. Highly recommend them
